Implementation The legal and institutional framework of the SAP implementation is based on: - Current international and national laws/regulations, and existing institutional arrangements for nature use management in the riparian countries of the Dnipro Basin; - Legislative/regulatory documents and institutional arrangements formulated within the framework of the Agreement on Cooperation on Management and Protection of the Dnipro Basin (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), which is seen as the major instrument designed to facilitate the successful implementation of this SAP.
