This technical report contains information on the implementation of the Organization and Holding of the 2nd Session of the Dnipro Basin Council Project executed under the Program.
The report provides an overview of the Project goals and objectives and ways and means of achieving them. In addition, it describes the equipment used at the session, the Project team and major Project results.
The report incorporates two tables and ten appendixes containing major session documents, other information about the session and two figures.
The report and appendixes attached thereto refer to thirty three acronyms and abbreviations.
