2. Strategic Action Program;

3. National Action Plans;

4. Analysis of the Priority Investment Portfolio;

5. NGOs participation in the UNDP-GEF Program;

6. Analysis of proposals concerning goals and objectives of Phase II of the UNDP-GEF Program;

7. Organizational issues: consideration and approval of the Council Indicative Work Schedule for 2005.
