4.4. Preparing the Second Session of IDBC, including the second working meeting of the IDBC Sessions Organization Committee
The IDBC Session Organization Committee had its second working meeting on January 17 and 18, 2003 in Kiev at the UNDP-GEF Dnipro Basin Environment Program Office.
The meeting had the following agenda:
1. Preparing the agenda for the Second Session of the International Dnipro Basin Council.
2. Coordinating the list and content of documents to be considered at the Second Session of the Council.
3. Drafting the resolution of the Second Session of the International Dnipro Basin Council.
4. Setting the schedule of preparing for the Second Session of the International Dnipro Basin Council.
5. Organizational issues of the Second Session of IDBC.
6. Deciding on the format and content of publications about IDBC.
Minutes of the second working meeting of the IDBC Session Organization Committee, which include the coordinated draft of the agenda for the Second Session of IDBC, are attached as Appendix 11.
On the instructions of IDBC Organization Committee, the following was done within the project at the Pollution Monitoring Regional Thematic Center to prepare for the Second Session of IDBC:
1. Sending information letters and invitations.
2. Drafting and coordinating the resolution of the Second Session of IDBC and the 2004 IDBC Indicative Plan.
3. Preparing the package of documents to be considered at the Second Session of IDBC.
