4.1. First working meeting of the IDBC Sessions Organization Committee.
The IDBC Session Organization Committee had working meetings within the project in order to provide for practical work of the International Dnipro Basin Council. Council members representing their respective countries were appointed by UNDP-GEF Dnipro Basin Environment Program National Management Committees.
The IDBC Session Organization Committee had its first working meeting on January 17 and 18, 2003 in Kharkov at the Pollution Monitoring Regional Thematic Center.
The meeting had the following agenda:
1. Appointing members representing each country on the International Dnipro Basin Council.
2. Discussing the time and place for the First Session of the Council.
3. Organizational issues of the First Session of the Council.
4. Drafting the agenda of the First Session of the Council.
5. Coordinating the list of documents to be considered at the First Session of the Council. Drafting the resolution of the First Session of the Council.
