As noted in Section 6, few documents in English for review. While a number of studies were referenced in our discussions with Plant Staff, these were primarily financial analysis, and detailed studies were not available. Thus, for this section, details on specific projects were identified from the following sources;
- “Site Description: Wastewater Treatment Plant on M. Krasnoflotskaya Street/Smolensk Vodokanal Company”
- “Dnieper River Basin Strategic Action Plan, Phase 1: Hot Spot Identification and Preliminary Assessment – Chapter 10;” prepared by Russian National Economic Expert, I.K Komarov.
Other data has been interpolated from operational data provided by the Plant. Energy usage data provided by the Plant, has also been interpolated for cost savings assessment.
