9.2. Cumulative Priority of Hot Spots
Cumulative scores for each Hot Spot were determined with the help of scoring sheets based on the weighted scores in each category taking into account weighting coefficients of the categories. The results of calculations are given in the summary tables of scores for each enterprise (Annex E, Tables E1 – E15). The tablulation of the ranking of the high priority Hot Spots located in the Dnipro River basin in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (Table 9.5) was based on the data of summary tables of scores. According to Table 9.5, the following five enterprises have the highest cumulative scores: “Minsk Vodokanal” (2.781); “Retchitsa Vodokanal” (2.575); “Gomel Vodokanal” (2.46); Mozyrsky petroleum refinery (2.012) and “Mogilev Vodokanal” (1.957).
